Senator Trump moved to amend the amendment on page three, section one-a, lines twenty-three and twenty-four by striking out all of subdivision (6) and inserting in lieu thereof a new subdivision, designated subdivision (6), to read as follows:

(6) “Unfounded” means evidence developed after reasonable investigation and supported by proper documentation proving no crime occurred or where the alleged victim has recanted.
